This interactive and information-packed course is designed for professionals who want to effectively use coaching techniques to effectively engage peers and colleagues. The course is limited to a minimum of 10 participants, maximum of 50. Individual cost is $650, and with an available group rate of $600 per person for groups of 25 or more.
Participants will learn:
- Determine the duality of individual versus team roles.
- Identify tasks, major accomplishments and developmental opportunities that work to link core organizational priorities.
- Create a "Small Acts” coaching model to support new behaviors.
- Develop "Key Fire Watcher" components to share with peers / colleagues.
- Develop "coaching stretch goals" for yourself or the team over the next 30 60 days to enhance individual engagement and organizational sustainment.
