Course Detail
This interactive course is designed for professionals who want to effectively communicate through feedback, behaviors of performance or conduct that impede team success. The course is limited to a minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 20. Individual cost is $200, and with an available group rate of $150 per person for groups of 5 or more.

Participants will learn:
- Clarify performance versus conduct feedback.
- Develop a common lexicon that can support employee and organizational values through dialogue.
- Develop a model for discussing these issues in multicultural and/or remote environments.
