Frequently Asked Questions

1.  What are the guidelines on rescheduling, substitution, refunds, and cancellations?
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a course at any time before the start of the course. If you are unable to attend a scheduled course for which you are registered, you may reschedule for the same course at a later date or for any other course of equal or lesser value. You can only reschedule a course no more than three times. In addition, you must take the course within one year of the date that you were originally scheduled. There are no fees.   Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the course. If you wish to have a substitute attend the course, please call us at 855-222-7822 prior to your course so that we can add the substitute information to the course roster. There are no additional fees.  Cancellation and Refunds: To receive a refund, you must cancel your registration in writing at least two weeks prior to the course start date. You may email the cancellation request to info@mallette.invincivelabs.com or fax it to (804) 479-4793. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the course start date, your tuition will not be refunded, but you (or a substitute) will be able to reschedule for the same course or any other course of equal or lesser value. There are no fees for rescheduling.

4. Are requests permitted for specific instructors for training?
Yes.  We can fill most requests depending on scheduling requirements and instructor’s availability.
5. How can I register more than one person at a time?
We designed our website so that you can register and manage multiple students under one account. Once you have created a "Multiple Student Account," registering students is easy. You can add as many “Assigned Students” to your account as you need. To register an assigned student for a course, choose the course title, the course date, and click “Register.” You will then be able to select from your list of assigned students. The assigned student's required registration information (email address, mailing address, etc.) will be auto-filled for your convenience. You will also be able track upcoming courses, course dates, and course completion history for each of your “Assigned Students.” If you will be summiting payment via training form(s), please email the training form(s) to register@mallette.invincivelabs.com. You may also fax them to us at (804)479-4793 or mail them to: The Mallette Group Attn: Registrations 1111 W. Clay Street Richmond, VA 23220
6. If I have a Multiple Student Account, can I still create a personal account?
Yes.  As long as you use a different email address for each account. You are permitted to create a Multiple Student Account to manage and register multiple students, along with your Personal Account to register for and manage your own courses.
7. Do we receive credits for our courses?
Our courses can be used to fulfill a variety of continuing education needs, such as Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) for CORs/COTRs, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
